Jim Donovan has been with EDS for 9 years and in the Project Management profession since 1982. During this time he has worked in the construction area while with the Jervis B Webb company (14 years) and Aaron Mechanical (1 year). While with EDS he has provided Project Management support to GM Vehicle Development programs for the Chassis and HVAC engineers, GM Powertrain Product Development engineers in Ypsilanti, and GM SPO IS&S. Jim is currently working at GM SPO World Headquarters in Grand Blanc as the Project Manager on a global IS&S IT Projects. Jim has held the following positions on the board, Golf Outing Director and Vice President Education and Training. Jim attained his PMP certification in November 2004.

Kevin McClellan is Director, Project Management for Advanced Technology & Testing in Livonia. Previously he was President of Trio Tool Company. Kevin has been in management and Project Management since 1991. During this time he has worked in the Tooling & Machine industry within the Automotive Market. Special design machines with high engineering content have been the area of focus for most of his career. He has provided direct project management as well as supervised project managers in various sized projects up to $30 MUSD. Kevin holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and owns a construction company in Ortonville, MI. This is Kevin’s first board position and he is pursuing his PMP certification.
Ron has been employed by General Motors for 22 years. Ron has 12 years experience in the Project Management field with GM on various projects ranging from computer system implementation to new vehicles. Ron was the project planner on the current Cadillac CTS and is currently planning the hybrid and diesel programs for GM's Powertrain Division. Ron has been PMP certified since 2003.
Malinda has been employed by EDS for 6 years and in the Project Management profession since 1996. During this time she has provided Project Management support to PG&E Energy Services, Internal EDS projects, Dow Chemical and Bank of America. Malinda is also a Wayne State University graduate with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. She is currently assigned to the Bank of America account leading the Midwest and Northwest regions of the enterprise network refresh project. She was certified in 2004.
Larry Whiteside has been with the Michigan Department of Transportation for the last 10 year as a transportation planner. Prior to working at MDOT, Larry worked in Detroit with the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) for five years. He has worked on projects as a team member and as project managers. Most recently, he has been an assistant project manager on a study looking at the use of new technology and the ability to transform them for the transportation sector. Larry attained his PMP certification in September 2005. He attended the PMP training courses offered by the Chapter prior to taking the test to help him to understand his weakeness and the develop a personal study program
Don has been an Information Technology professional for over 20 years. During this time he has been actively involved in project management with companies such as AST and EDS. He has acted as business liaison and analyst for companies such as AST and Edcor Data Services. Most recently, he has expanded into the realm of quality management and assurance at firms such as R.L. Polk and Company and Comerica, Inc. Don is currently leading a project to increase total quality through process improvements utilizing test automation strategies. He has worked on many types of projects from software development to hardware installations. He was PMP certified in 2003.
Doug Kiracofe has been with Comerica
Bank in Auburn Hills for 3 years as a Vice President and Manager of
Quality Practices. In his Quality Management career, he has worked with
such companies as Compuware Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Edcor
Data Services to develop programs in project planning, quality assurance,
quality control, and risk management. With Comerica, he provides quality
leadership and mentoring for clients in Information Systems, Wealth
and Institutional Management, Lending, Commercial Banking, and Project
Services. Doug has been teaching graduate and under-graduate business
courses since 1990 at institutions such as Davenport
Kathy is employed by Capgemini and is a Project Coordinator for General Motors (GM) IS&S - Service and Parts Operation (SPO) in Grand Blanc where she has worked since 2002. During this time she has provided Project Management support to GM employees as well as their suppliers. Before her assignment at SPO, she had several years experience in the Project Management Profession which started in 1997 as an EDS programmer. Kathy has over 10 years experience in teaching Microsoft Office software products. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management from Northwood University and became PMP certified in November 2005.
