PMI Michigan Thumb Chapter
Program Stakeholder Management
February 8, 2012 Chapter Meeting
Presenter: Christy Wheaton
All too often, executing projects flawlessly and exactly by the book is not enough, if there are visible or invisible forces working against you or that could even be working with you that simply are not. Stakeholder engagement at the right level and knowing how to manage your stakeholders can make quite a big difference in the outcome of your program, especially as you progress in your career to higher levels of visibility. I plan to share a few concepts, tips and tricks that have worked well for me.
