This presentation is an overview of project communications tools and techniques that can be used to help facilitate a successful project. This is a light-hearted look at managing stakeholder’s expectations.
Gwendolyn Moore has over twenty years in the information technology field with experience in multiple facets of the software development life cycle. She has worked in various industries including state and local government, automotive, finance, utility and human resources.
Gwendolyn is currently employed with Ally Financial Services as a technical delivery project manager. She has deployed web-based, client/server and mainframe systems and excels at rescuing troubled projects. Gwendolyn’s hobbies include family genealogy, music and yoga.
