Come learn some simple techniques for applying these strategies to your projects.

* Following the presentation, attendees will be have several simple tests to measure the effectiveness of their WBS.
* Following the presentation, attendees will understand why some teams separate the creation of the WBS from the process of entering it into electronic tools.
* Following the presentation, attendees will be able to describe how a WBS could be managed on index cards in a way that allows for improved project planning and stakeholder participation
