This workshop examines additional knowledge areas of the PMBOK, and includes team building, control planning, risk management, and project variance, along with a deeper dive into project initiation, executing, controlling, and closure.  Exercises are designed to challenge students in the utilization of these knowledge areas.

This course is designed to prepare students for taking the PMP exam by answering questions related to common exam day anxieties such as location, conditions, expectations, and specifics regarding the exam itself (length, type of questions, etc.) Terminology will be reviewed and several mini-exams will be administered and reviewed with explanations. The course culminates with a timed 200-question paper exam that simulates exam day. Bring paper, pencils, and a basic calculator to class both days.
