The Basics of Project Management (14 PDUS)

This workshop assists students in preparing for the PMP certification examination by assessing five of the nine knowledge areas of the PMBOK® (the Project Management Body of Knowledge.) The course covers introductions to project initiation, project planning, work breakdown structures, decomposition, estimation, costing, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closure.  The course provides progressive exercises that build on one another as each knowledge area is explored.

 

This class runs on two consecutive Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Coffee and donuts/bagels will be provided in the morning and light refreshment in the afternoon.

NOTE: THIS IS A TWO-DAY COURSE, RUNNING ON CONSECUTIVE SATURDAYS.  Your registration for the first day includes both days of the course.  You do not need to register for the second day
