Project Management Institute

This workshop assists students in preparing for the PMP certification examination by providing a deeper dive into all concepts of project management as described in the knowledge areas of the PMBOK^® (the Project Management Body of Knowledge.) The course covers team building, control planning, risk management, and project variance and examines project initiation, executing, controlling, and closure as they relate to advanced studies.  Exercises are designed to challenge students in the utilization of these knowledge areas. Bring a basic calculator to class both days.

  

This class runs on two consecutive Saturdays, from 8am-4pm.
