Advanced Project Management (14 PDUs)

This workshop examines additional knowledge areas of the PMBOK, and includes team building, control planning, risk management, and project variance, along with a deeper dive into project initiation, executing, controlling, and closure. Exercises are designed to challenge students in the utilization of these knowledge areas.
This class runs on two consecutive Saturdays, from 8am-5pm. See the Chapter events calendar for dates and secure online registration.
A breakfast buffet, lunch, and afternoon refreshments are provided for both class days.
